Philadelphia City Scholarship Program

The Philadelphia City Scholarship Program awards approximately 50 scholarships to Philadelphia high school seniors each year. Scholarships are $1,000 each academic year for four consecutive years of full-time enrollment in accredited, four-year, bachelor degree program in the region. This year’s applications must be submitted online and are due March 1.
The Philadelphia City Scholarship Program’s mission is to retain talent in Philadelphia. Only students enrolling in four-year bachelor degree programs in Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties will be considered for scholarships.
