Philadelphia Cares ISO reading tutors

Like kids? Think reading is important? Make a difference in the lives of children by helping them learn to read! Join Philadelphia Cares and kindergarten, first grade, and second grade students in Reading Stars. Reading Stars will occur from 3:30-4:30 every Tuesday and Thursday at Webster Elementary School for 10 weeks, starting at the beginning of February.
