This is administrative educational support work providing services and support relative to the School District’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) initiative. Employees in this class serve in a resource capacity to central and field-based personnel engaged in planning and operating school-based career and technical education programs. Work involves providing technical support services such as, but not limited to, assisting in designing the physical layout of CTE classrooms and recommending equipment and supplies that will serve as enhancements to the educational process. Work additionally involves participating in the formulation of programmatic goals and ob! jectives, and assisting in the development, coordination and delivery of professional development activities centered on Career and Technical Education.
Qualified candidates must have: Completed a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university; AND Six years of full-time, paid, employment in any of the following career fields: Cosmetology/Fashion Design, Agriculture Hospitality/Culinary Arts, Business, Law/Public Safety, Health Sciences, Manufacturing, Communications/Graphic Arts, and Information Technology.
