Philadelphia Corporation for Aging Seeks RSVP (RETIRED AND SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM) PROJECT MANAGER
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Health and Nutrition Services, the RSVP Project Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, day-to-day management and evaluation of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). The RSVP Project Manager works with a network of Volunteer Stations and with the RSVP Advisory Council to carry out the program according to the rules and regulations of PCA and the Corporation for National Service.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s Degree in Social Work, Planning or a related behavioral science. Three years experience in direct service or program management in the field of social services, aging or volunteerism. Experience in program development, volunteer management, fundraising and outreach is highly desired. A valid driver?s license is required.
