This event will honor the legacy of Dr. Phillip B. Lindy in the foundation of the K-16 Partnerships Network. In his honor, we will celebrate the planning year of the of the School-Community Partnerships VISTA Project and the many diverse K-16 Partnerships serving Philadelphia schools.
