PHENND Financial Outreach Program Featured in Northeast Times Herald

PHENND’s involvement – and by extension the involvement of Bryn Mawr, Cabrini, and Villanova – in Montgomery County’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs were recently featured in the Northeast TImes Herald.
Howard Walters, a PACC-VISTA doing a year of service with PHENND, was quoted in the article.
