>> The Petra Foundation is accepting nominations for the 2003 Petra Fellows Awards, which recognize and support unsung heroes who are advancing human and civil rights. Each Petra Fellow will receive a modest financial stipend and access to an activist network that crosses the lines of age, race, class, issue, and geography. The nomination deadline is Feb. 10.
