Posted by The Perry Initiative on February 17, 2026
We’re very excited to announce an upcoming Perry Outreach Program on Saturday, May 9, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Philadelphia, PA. The Perry Outreach Program is a free, one-day, hands-on experience to encourage youth to pursue careers in medicine and engineering. Students will hear from leaders in these fields and try it for themselves by performing mock orthopaedic surgeries and biomechanics experiments.

Although The Perry Initiative welcomes all students to apply to the program so long as they are committed to our mission.
We would very much appreciate it if you could pass this information along to any high school principals, high school science teachers or high school students you may know. Applicants should fill out our online application in advance of the April 7th application deadline.
