We are excited to announce that Access Matters’ Youth Leadership Team will be hosting their first ever Poetry Slam on May 2nd at UPENN’s Claudia Cohen Hall. The event will showcase the abundance of youth talent Philadelphia has to offer in the form of spoken word. We are looking for young poets, ages 13 to 21, to perform in this year’s show. The show’s theme is geared towards the importance of the youth voice and why they MATTER.
