People’s Emergency Center (PEC) helps homeless families to develop the skills to become self-sufficient in a nurturing environment. Our comprehensive approach to family stability is recognized nationally as a best practice model. Based on our face-to-face work with homeless families, PEC advocates for sound public policy to ensure that all families have the services they need to achieve and maintain independence.
