People & Places 2015 Community Conference
March 4-6, 2015
Washington, DC
About the Conference
Join us for a pivotal event in the community development movement. People working to bring opportunity and prosperity to low- and moderate-income communities all over the country will converge in Washington, DC for three days of peer sharing and learning. Four national organizations have partnered to host this event at a significant time in the history of the community development movement.
As we emerge from the Great Recession, the conference will highlight how community development practitioners are adapting and transforming their communities. Practitioners will share what is working in communities around the country, strengthen their skills, inspire each other, and raise their voices on behalf of the communities they serve. In doing so, we intend for practitioners to come away with an invigorated voice and heightened national influence.
