Grants Available for Humanities Programs
The Pennsylvania Humanities Council invites nonprofit organizations to apply for Humanities Grants, which fund projects on history, literature, the arts, and the ideas that shape the human experience.
Please note new deadlines for Large Grants (awards from $3,001 to $20,000). The 2007 Intent-to-Apply deadline is July 1. Invited applications are due September 1. Quick Grants (awards up to $500) and Small Grants (awards up to $3,000) are available all year.
Humanities Grants promote lifelong learning among Pennsylvanians from all walks of life by involving people in discussions with humanities experts through such events as workshops, discussion groups, lectures, and exhibitions.
