The Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium (PEDC) Virtual Summit will take place June 24–26, 2025.
Pennsylvania’s students deserve a diverse, inclusive educator workforce—and we’re taking action to make it happen. The PEDC 2025 Summit brings together educators, policymakers, students, and community leaders to address systemic barriers and advance real solutions for educator diversity.
This year’s Summit features powerful keynotes, including Dr. Pedro Noguera, Dean, USC, on radical belonging in education and Floyd Jones, Founder of BackBlack, on equity-driven community building. Along with nearly 40 dynamic concurrent sessions, attendees will find inspiration, strategies, and solidarity at every turn.
