We welcome you to the 7th Annual Educator Diversity Summit, June 23-25, 2026, presented by the Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium (PEDC)! As we gather virtually in this transformative space, we are united by a shared purpose.
The PEDC 2026 Summit is a bold call to action—an invitation to step with courage into the unfinished work of equity, justice, and liberation in education. In a moment when the educator diversity and CRSE landscape is being challenged, repressed, and in some places, erased, we gather not in retreat, but in defiance of fear.
Building on the 2025 Summit, where we centered The Power of Solidarity: Diversifying the Educator Workforce, Together, the 2026 Summit carries that momentum forward, deepening our collective commitment to resist, reimagine and rebuild.
This Summit is where we embrace Culturally Relevant and Sustaining Education as a living, breathing force for transformation—a tool to disrupt inequity, to heal systems, and to build a future where every learner and every educator thrives. It is where we meet injustice with truth-telling, collective visioning, and a radical commitment to change.
