The Pennsylvania Children’s Trust Fund has announced funding for community-based programs to address the primary prevention of child abuse and neglect. Applications due April 17, 2007 and can be downloaded at <a href="http://www.dpw.state.pa.us">http://www.dpw.state.pa.us</a>.
