The Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education (PBCOHE) is holding its 54th Conference at Arcadia University on May 29-30, 2025. Get ready for inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities! Special guest includes Rep. Jordan Harris -speaker, Rep. Napoleon Nelson, Dr. Hazel Spears and Dr. Kevan Yenerall- Legislative and Academic Panelists.
