PennFuture Watershed Workshop: The Legal Toolbox for Watershed Groups on March 27

Learn about basic legal tools that allow grassroots watershed groups and conservancies to get involved in the public process, from state and federal permitting to local land-use decisions. Topics include storm water management; anti-degradation; TMDLs; land use; and NPDES permitting and enforcement. All members, officers, directors and staff of watershed groups, conservancies and land trusts are invited, so feel free to forward this notice to others. No registration fee. Coffee and lunch provided.
