“Connecting Language and Content: Empowering Students and Teachers” focuses on educational issues facing both ESL educators and content area teachers in the education of English as a Second Language learners.
Plenary: Dr. Annela Teemant, educational researcher at the Center for Research, Diversity & Excellence at UC Berkeley will speak on “ESL Concepts for Mainstream Teachers.” Dr. Stephen Stoynoff, TESOL Board of Directors, will speak on the “TESOL in the 21st Century.”
