Program Overview
The BLI Computer Science STEM Academy is designed to prepare high school students for Computer Science, Technology, and Engineering majors.
Students will:
- Learn Java programming
- Explore robotics & engineering systems
- Strengthen algebra, physics, or calculus foundations
- Engage in data analytics & emerging technologies
- Participate in STEM college & career exploration
Classes are led by college students and supported by experienced educators.
Program Details:
- Open to current 9th–11th graders
- Stipend provided
- Lunch provided
- SEPTA passes included
Program Dates: June 29 – July 30, 2026
