Pen to Paper: A Writing Retreat on Service and Engagement

PEN TO PAPER: A WRITING RETREAT FOCUSED ON WRITING WITH, FOR, AND ABOUT SERVICE AND ENGAGEMENT—OCTOBER 20TH-21ST IN WILLIAMS BAY, WISCONSIN, ON LAKE GENEVA
In partnership with Campus Compacts in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, Indiana Campus Compact will present Pen to Paper to provide time, space, and resources to help faculty, professional staff, graduate students, and community partners working on (or planning for) journal manuscripts or book chapters related to service-learning and community engagement. During this two-day retreat, participants will discuss ideas with editors from major publications in the field, explore publishing outlets, receive mentoring from Senior Faculty Coaches, share ideas with peers, and have the time to write and revise. Registration will open late August.
