City seeks applications for pedestrian ‘parklets’
The Mayor’s Office of Transportation and Utilities and the Philadelphia Department of Commerce would like to support neighborhoods in making their environments more livable. To that end, MOTU and the Commerce Department are accepting applications by Friday, May 4th for the pedestrian parklet program.
