PD for Biology and Life Science Teachers

This PD will include two hands-on activities using model chromosomes to understand mitosis, meiosis and fertilization and a lecture on the genetics of food. Philadelphia teachers will receive the supplies needed to teach the hands-on activities to their students. This free PD will be held on Saturday, January 24 (snow date January 31), 9-12 am in the Biology Department at the University of Pennsylvania.
