PathWays PA offers financial education, individual counseling
Through the Path$ 2Benefits and Financial Path$ initiatives, PathWays PA is offering financial education workshops and individual financial counseling to employers in the region for their employees.
The agency helps people view and understand their credit report, and take affirmative steps to improve credit. In addition, the group will screen for eligibility and apply directly for appropriate work supports and benefits (such as food stamps and LIHEAP). By increasing access to resources and helping people understand and manage their credit and money, PathWays PA helps working people make informed financial decisions, develop a savings plan, and realize their financial goals.
Pathways PA is also offering free tax preparation services to individuals and families with annual incomes of $50,000 or less.
