In many organizations, performance management of staff (both program and non-program staff) is considered a burden or an add-on activity that happens at the end of the year–if at all. This workshop will expose participants to the concept of aligned and cascaded goals, which can drive staff performance and motivation at all levels of the organization all year long. The workshop will include techniques to set effective and transformative organizational, departmental, and individual goals.
Participants will 1) learn goal setting techniques to transform their organizational culture; and 2) practice techniques to set effective goals for themselves and a direct report.
