Founded in 2020, Unify America is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to replace political fighting with collaborative problem solving. Delivering evidence-based, interactive, and impactful experiences that encourage constructive conversations across political ideologies and backgrounds, we bring Americans together to build and exercise their civic muscles.

The Partnerships Manager is an essential member of Unify America’s Partnerships team, responsible for supporting outreach, sales, and relationship-building efforts to expand Civic Gym programming at higher education institutions nationwide.

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Manager will focus on researching and engaging higher ed faculty, staff, and leaders across the country to foster new partnerships and deepen existing relationships.

Additionally, this year, we are working towards a paid subscription model for our Civic Gym. The Partnerships Manager will help develop and communicate subscription options and pricing to prospective partners.

We work remotely, and we welcome candidates from anywhere within the United States. In fact, we value having a team from different areas of the country. However, travel is required from time to time.
