Job Summary:

This Partnership Coordinator’s work will focus on: 1) corporate partnership development, 2) partner compliance and 3) managing internal and external communication. They will develop processes to support the identification, matching, professional development and ongoing support of corporate partner organizations.  Secondly, as Office of Strategic Partnerships’ (OSP) partner compliance lead, they will manage the School Partner Agreement review and approval process, and work cross-departmentally to ensure partners are submitting required documentation.

This Coordinator will also manage OSP’s internal and external communication, which will include:

  1. developing OSP’s newsletter and drafting partner facing communications,
  2. updating OSP’s website and Onboarding Guide,
  3. responding to general OSP related inquiries and phone calls, and fielding requests to appropriate team members.

The Partnership Coordinator’s activities will include being a central point of contact to both principals, partners, and corporate partner networks; working to strengthen and build school-level partnerships; and solving common issues that arise from school partnerships and corporate volunteer projects.
