Campus Philly is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator who will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and strategically fulfilling benefits for Campus Philly’s marketing partners, food/venue sponsors, and CollegeFest exhibitors and sponsors. Expectations include use of Campus Philly’s Salesforce CRM, MailChimp, EventBrite, SurveyMonkey, and frequent collaboration across departments to support organization stakeholders.

This role works within a team led by the Vice President of Partnerships and reports to the Director of Partnerships at Campus Philly. This position is part of a team of four with financial revenue goals we must meet (if not exceed) annually. Current marketing partners include Lyft, IKEA, FringeArts, goPuff, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

There are three primary areas of responsibility and activity:

1. Marketing Partner Onboarding, Engagement, and Retention: Communicate with new marketing partners about deliverables in a timely manner and serve as primary relationship manager between Campus Philly and marketing partners. Assist Director of Partnerships with renewing partnership agreements by creating wrap-up reports, case studies, and seeking creative opportunities for increased involvement.

2. CollegeFest Sales & Exhibitor Coordination: Work with the Director of Partnerships to develop and execute an annual CollegeFest marketing plan, for exhibitors and sponsors, to reach the annual revenue goal. Focus on exhibitor/sponsorship sales while engaging and strategically fulfilling associated benefits leading up to the event. Provide top notch customer service to all participating partners. Assist with creating and distributing post-event exhibitor/sponsor survey.

3. Food and Venue Sponsorship: Work with Partnerships team to develop ongoing strategy to secure in-kind food and venue sponsors for Campus Philly events. Connect with local businesses in the Greater Philadelphia region, build relationships throughout partnership, and ensure that agreements are executed properly and reflect the needs of both Campus Philly and the sponsor.

Specific Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service to year-round marketing partners to help them leverage their partnerships with Campus Philly
– Liaise and collaborate with other Campus Philly departments to coordinate marketing partner fulfillment
– CollegeFest coordination: support sales, outreach, fulfillment, and on-site event support for CollegeFest exhibitors
– Utilize Asana as a task management tool for all partnership fulfillment
– Maintain accurate contacts in Salesforce
– Research and add prospective marketing partner contacts to Salesforce
– Keep track and document outcomes/stats of marketing partnerships/sponsorships
– Create comprehensive wrap-up reports for year-round marketing partners that demonstrate their return on investment
– Create meaningful case studies for VP and Director of Partnerships to leverage in partnership development
– Support VP and Director of Partnerships when planning/executing external events for marketing partners and sponsors
– Support VP and Director of Partnerships with follow up from marketing communications
– Be available to work on special event dates such as CollegeFest (Saturday, September 7, 2019)
– Copyedit marketing communication and newsletters for accuracy (proofreading, checking links) on behalf of the Partnerships team
– Attend at least one external networking event or professional development event every month
