The Partnership for Student Success (PSS) at the Johns Hopkins Everyone Graduates Center invites you to the 2025 Higher Education Summit. Please join us in person on Friday, October 24th, 2025 in Washington, D.C. to continue to learn together, further the impact of the PSS Higher Education Coalition, and celebrate the accomplishments of colleges, universities, and their community partners in placing more college students into high-impact, evidence-based student support roles that enable PreK-12 children and youth to succeed and thrive.

  • Date: Friday, October 24th, 2025
  • Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, with an optional late afternoon/early evening social event on Thursday, October 23rd
  • Venue: Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center, Washington, D.C. (in-person)
  • Who: Practitioners in a range of roles across U.S. higher education and nonprofit organizations, including:
    • staff and faculty from institutions of higher education,
    • staff from nonprofits who partner with these institutions of higher education, and
    • individuals from professional membership organizations benefitting higher education and community service efforts.

The Higher Education Summit will feature:

  • A plenary session on opportunities for impactful collaboration between PreK-12 and higher education featuring new research and practitioner voices.
  • Breakout sessions on addressing key challenges and opportunities for placing college students in student support roles in local PreK-12 and out-of-school time programs.
  • Discussions on how to expand the number of college students serving in high-impact student support roles.
  • A networking session with lunch provided.
