Commercial Corridor Manager – The Partnership CDC
The Partnership CDC is seeking a Commercial Corridor Manager for the 60th Street Commercial Corridor Economic Development Project. Responsibilities include implementing the Plan which aims to improve the business climate through coordinated programs in safety, cleanliness, business retention and recuritment, deisgn and promotion. Advanced degree in urban planning, business administration or related field preferred, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and some GIS, excellent interpsonal skills including coalition building.
