Partners Needed: Safe-Hub Tent-or-Treat – Oct 29

Join Safe-Hub, Scanlon Rec Center, and Snyder Hockey on October 29, 2022, 4:00-7:30 PM in hosting a Tent-or-Treat at Scanlon (1099 E Venango s) for 400+ children and families to grab candy safely. There will be a mini haunted house inside the Rec Center and a Movie Night on the field. We will be watching Hocus Pocus 2! We would love for you to partner with us and provide a decorated tent with candy for the children to grab. We are going to give out prizes for the top 3 best-decorated tents!

Event Schedule

• 3:00-4:00 PM: Partners come and decorate their tents
• 4:00-5:30 PM: Families and children will arrive and collect candy from all tents
• 5:30-5:45 PM: Family raffles, and prizes for top 3 tents

All families will receive 2 tickets upon entry: 1 for the family raffle and 1 to vote for the tent they think looks the best.

• 5:45–7:30 PM: Hocus Pocus 2 Movie Night (On the field. We will have a projector.)

Event Needs –  Can you help?

• Every partner to bring their own tent and candy
• 3 Raffle prizes
• Candy for 400+ kids
• Blankets for movie night on the field
• 5 volunteers for Haunted House
• Your logo by Friday 9/30
• Snacks for Movie Night

We plan on having an event meeting on October 14, 12:00-1:00 PM.
