The Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC) is home to 50+ organizations who work on issues that affect communities. We strengthen nonprofits through fiscal sponsorship, shared services, program development, and capacity building. Together, we create futures for youth and improve life for young-adults. Together, we improve opportunities for low-income households, working-families, and community businesses.
The problems we face are far too complex for one entity to solve on its own. By leveraging fiduciary, human resource, and legal stewardship, our business model provides stability and continuity to our nonprofits partners. The Power of Coalition means that, together, we can do what no one organization can do alone.
The Partner Experience Squad Lead is responsible for being the primary point of contact with our clients, known as Program Partners, to ensure the smooth delivery of UAC services. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to help our nonprofit partners prosper and to improve their fiscal and human resource capabilities. They will also direct other cross functional teams and will troubleshoot partner issues, provide support, collect feedback, and manage partner communication.
