Participate in the NYLC Regional Showcase
Posted by on October 14, 2005
The National Service-Learning Conference is heading East, and we plan to highlight the best service-learning projects in the Atlantic States. If your school or organization has a service-learning project you are proud of, you?re encouraged to apply to participate in the Service-Learning Showcase! You?ll be given table space for a display that illustrates your work and may inspire others who might want to start a similar project. We have room for displays from Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgin Islands and Washington, D.C. We welcome contributions from rural and urban K-12 and higher education institutions as well as community-based projects.
The guidelines and application form can be downloaded from the web at http://www.nylc.org. Applications must be postmarked by October 21, 2005. Completed applications should be emailed to [email protected], faxed to 215-945-1818 or mailed to:
