Position: Part-Time Project Manager (Hourly Position, approximately 20 hours per week, occasional evenings and weekends)

Reports to: Executive Director

Position Summary:

Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation of Chester County guides Chester County’s single working parents with dependent children, who are at risk of homelessness, toward stability and financial independence. We help our participant families remain in clean, safe, affordable housing as they work to secure their future through a structured program of financial assistance, mentoring and supportive services. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining and implementing multi-disciplinary projects that support and advance this mission, including Development, Administration, and Program Services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with a wide variety of administrative and programmatic projects and functions, including:
 Participating in monthly Program Committee Meetings and tracking participant data
 Developing Program features that support participant self-sufficiency goals
2. Participate in the grant application process, including research, case statements, and donor relationship development.
 Participate in donor events and site visits
 Generate and/or review quarterly and year-end reporting for accuracy and timeliness
3. Maintain and cultivate all stakeholder relationships, including prospective participants, donors and volunteers, through such efforts as:
 Outreach to identify qualified participants
 Fundraising events
 Print and Social Media updates, including web site and branding initiatives
 Volunteer opportunities and management

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA or MPA strongly preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Proficiency with social media and Microsoft Office Software is imperative.

Compensation/Benefits:

This is a part-time position, with an hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications. No employment benefits are offered.
