Note:
•    Positions are part-time school based positions.
•    Both positions come with a full school year commitment.
•    There are no hours during the summer months unless otherwise noted.
•    These positions are NOT Temple University positions but volunteer stipend positions.
•    Qualified candidates must produce all three clearances (child abuse, criminal, FBI) before first day in position.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

Part time Assistant Coordinator

DUTIES:
Assist an After School Coordinator in the management of an after-school program providing tutoring, life skills training, and counseling to elementary school students being raised by alternative caregivers. Requirements: 14 hrs/wk and availability week-days between 3:00-6:00; attendance at monthly staff meetings and quarterly events. This is a part-time position during the school year. Candidates MUST pass all clearances and have experience working with children.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    High School Diploma or GED.
•    Absolutely no history of drug use.
•    Absolutely no criminal or child abuse history.
•    At least two years of experience working with children.
•    Work history with children in child care, school environment or the like.
•    Proven ability to assist teacher or coordinator with class management, behavior and environmental support.
