Posted by Read by 4th on November 27, 2018
Philadelphia’s Read by 4th Campaign is recruiting parents and caregivers to serve on its Parent Council. This volunteer group will offer insight and feedback to ensure that the voice of parents and caregivers from various neighborhoods and experiences are heard. The goal of the Read by 4th Campaign is to increase the number of children who are reading on grade level by the end of 3rd grade.
