The Norristown Family Center Parents as Teachers program.
We offer:
- FREE home visits to parents of children from birth to age 5 to share an activity, information about child development and help with parenting problems.
- FUN and free opportunities for you and your family to get to know other young families.
- Links to all kinds of community resources, programs and people.
