PANO Virtual Standards for Excellence Implementation Virtual Series – Apr 10
Posted by PA Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) on April 9, 2024
Do you want to move your organization to the next level of effectiveness? Would you like to incorporate the latest practices to strengthen your leadership and management and could use some support? Would you like to have the potential of raising more money because donors and funders are confident about the quality of your programs, and you have evidence to prove it? Are you feeling like there is something more you could do to promote excellence in your organization?
If your answer to any of these questions is YES, the Virtual Standards for Excellence Implementation Workshop Series is for you!
Each workshop will take a deep dive into the six Guiding Principles of the Standards for Excellence, sharing promising practices, legal requirements, and recommendations for meeting the highest standards of nonprofit governance, management, and operations. Join PANO’s Standards for Excellence Director, Heather Giampapa, and various Licensed Standards for Excellence Consultants for tools and resources to help you move from information to practical application, including:
- Sample Policy on Strategic Partnerships
- Sample Remote Work Policy
- Sample Employee Handbook
- Sample Code of Ethics
- Sample Social Networking Policy
- Form 990 Checklist
- Sample Advocacy Policy
- Checklist before Releasing Materials to the Public
- A whole lot more!
Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn from the wisdom in the room through small group discussion and peer-to-peer sharing.
While all six workshops complement each other, they can each be viewed on their own. Don’t worry if you can’t attend every session – if you sign up for the full series, you’ll receive a copy of the recording and supporting materials for all six.
