Dear Colleague:
Dr. Stephen Jones and Brian Wade request your attendance at the Worlds Apart television program. The Worlds Apart program will feature a unique discussion about race and education in America. Don?t miss this event! Every year 50% of African American high school students and 53% of African American college students are dropping out of school. The television program will occur on August 20, 2004 at Drexel University, Creese Student Center, Mandell Theater, 33rd and Chestnut Street. All guests should arrive at 5:45. The featured guest speakers will include Associate Dean Stephen Cox ? Drexel University, Dr. Judith Thomas-Lincoln University, Dr. Doreen Loury-Arcadia University and Dr. Nathaniel Gadsden.

We guests will have an opportunity to ask the panelist questions. Our goal is to come up with a set of agenda items that we will address during the academic year on the various campuses.
