Dear Global Citizen,
Are you interested in service learning?
Do you have a commitment to global solidarity?
Are you considering a career in international health, law, or advocacy?
If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” or if you are simply
interested in being a part of an international youth effort to raise awareness about social justice and to make friends and meet colleagues from countries across North America, I hope you’ll consider joining students from Mexico, Canada, the U.S. and Latin America at:
The Pan-American Student Symposium on Solidarity and Volunteerism
January 28th and 29th
This is a student run event sponsored by the North American Educational Initiatives Foundation and the Global Medical Relief Program and hopes to provide people an opportunity to meet, network and form friendships with students from across North America.
lease find information regarding the conference and a registration form with more details at http://globemed.org/cgi-bin/index.cgi?page=symposium&format=1

the conference is only $100, which includes up to 5 nights lodging, most meals and the conference fee.
You will notice that the conference schedule includes two full days of activities on January 28th and 29th but in order to make the experience even more meaningful we invite you to arrive in Mexico City on Wednesday, January 26th.
