PACDC Mag: Beyond Gentrification Toward Equitable Neighborhoods
Posted by Philadelphia Association of CDCs on June 9, 2014
The 2014 PACDC Magazine is hitting mailboxes now, and the Board of Directors hopes you’ll read it all. With the population growing and an up-tick in the economy, many Philadelphia neighborhoods are revitalizing and changing rapidly. We are eager for positive change – and for making sure long-term residents and newcomers alike benefit.

As the PACDC Magazine cover suggests, “Beyond Gentrification Toward Equitable Neighborhoods,” PACDC has made this a major goal. We want to hear what you think, and your ideas for how Philadelphia can advance equitable development strategies. Jot your ideas to PACDC Executive Director Rick Sauer at rsauer@pacdc.org or tweet at us @EquitablePhilly.
And, you can get more involved in the discussion and solutions by joining PACDC as a CDC Member or Associate Member and help shape Philadelphia’s future.
