Join Us in Celebrating PACDC’s 10th Anniversary

The Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations? 10th Anniversary Gala, ?Celebrating 10 Years of Neighborhood Transformation?, will be held on National Community Economic Development Day, Wednesday, April 23, 2003 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ballroom at the Ben, located in the Ben Franklin Building at Chestnut and 9th Streets in Center City Philadelphia. Tickets are $75.

This anniversary event will bring together local CDCs, funders, public officials and others active in the local community development field to celebrate a decade of achievement by PACDC and its member CDCs in revitalizing and rebuilding Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. The event will include butlered hors d?oeuvres and carving stations, an open bar, music, displays of CDC?s work and a brief program. We have invited Governor Edward G. Rendell to speak, and will be honroing Ray Desiderio and PNC Bank, and Mark Schwartz and Regional Houisng Legal Services for their positive contribution to the local CDC industry over the past ten years.
