PA State Financial Aid Guide

The PA State Financial Aid Guide provides an outline of state financial aid programs organized by eligibility and type.
These programs provide financial aid for students both in and out of PA. Eligible students who fulfill all their
obligations (including work and residency requirements) usually do not have to repay this money.
Also provides information for Student Funding for:
- Students with Special Circumstances
- Students with Work or Volunteer Commitments
- Military Students & Families
