OSITION: OUTCOMES & EVALUATION SPECIALIST
STATUS: Full-time (40 hours/week); Benefits Eligible
HOURS: Monday-Friday; 9am – 5pm
SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the PQI Director, the Outcomes and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for management and oversight of the agency’s internal database and supporting the agency’s grant-seeking and development process.
Qualifications – Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified in Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and/or Advanced Knowledge of ETO
- Self-starter, self-disciplined
Knowledge, Skills & Experience – Essential:
- Experience in supporting database applications and program evaluation
- Formal training or demonstrated proficiency in database administration and data management
- Experience in reporting and data analysis
- Must be adept at building reports using SQL queries
- Technical trading in the management and application of Efforts to Outcomes (ETO)
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), including data import/export and the abilities of the Office Suite to integrate with Outlook email and contacts
- Skilled in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills & Experience – Desirable:
- Grant writing experience
