Outcome Measurement Training for Nonprofits
How does your organization measure the success of its programs and services? How do you know if you are putting your resources into the right place? What outcomes are you trying to achieve, and does your current program model support these outcomes?
In today’s competitive fundraising environment, nonprofits need to have answers ready to these questions in order to effectively communicate the impact of their programming to funders. Moreover, in an ever-changing social service and public health arena, it is extremely important to evaluate and re-evaluate the effectiveness and relevancy of your programming to meet the needs of your constituencies.

Learn how to identify, quantify and measure your program’s successes and shortcomings. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the basics of developing a logic model and identifying program outcomes. You will learn about tools for measuring and tracking progress toward outcomes and how best to utilize data for program improvement, reporting and fundraising.
