Out of School Time Manager, Congreso de Latinos Unidos
The Out of School Time Manager will be supervised by the Deputy Vice President of Children and Youth Services and will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and supervision of the Youth Services Prevention Programs including the North Star After-School & Summer programs (2 sites), the Pan American After School, Parent Engagement Coordinator and the Exito Program. The Out of School Time Manager will supervise Program Coordinators and will develop and oversee implementation of the Pan American After-School, North Star Programs and the Exito Program. In addition, the Out of School Time Manager will link Congreso’s community programs to children and families in North Philadelphia. This is a professional position of considerable responsibility at the administrative level within the Children and Youth Services.
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years experience in providing direct services to the community and working with at-risk youth. 2-3 years management experience in an out of school time setting preferred. knowledge of the Puerto Rican/Latino and North Philadelphia community and its dynamics preferred. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
