Our Out-of-School Football Coach helps our youth/players develop skills, sportsmanship, and a love for
the game in a fun and safe environment. Their responsibilities include planning and leading practices,
coaching during games, mentoring athletes, and communicating with parents. They also ensure a positive and supportive team environment, emphasizing fair play and equal participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Leading Practices:
Develop and implement training programs tailored to our youth’s skill levels, focusing on skill development, safety, and sportsmanship.
• Coaching During Practice/Games:
Provide guidance and instruction during practices/games, fostering teamwork and strategic thinking.
• Mentoring and Motivation:
Encourage and motivate our youth/players to reach their potential, providing constructive feedback on their performance.
• Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents/caregivers, sharing information about schedules, progress, and any concerns.
• Safety:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth/players during practices/games, adhering to safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
• Positive Environment:
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where all our youth/players feel valued and encouraged.
• Administrative Tasks:
Manage attendance records, youth/player evaluations, and other administrative duties as assigned
