Recruiting an excellent staff is only the first step in building a strong team. But what about training and professional development? How can staff be motivated to provide their best work for the children we serve? And, how do we retain staff once hired and trained? There are no easy answers to these questions, so please join us to discuss techniques and strategies for training, retaining and motivating staff.
