OST PA Presents: Advancing Job Quality with the NAA Job Quality Standards – Apr 30

The National Afterschool Association (NAA) has developed a national framework to define, assess, and strengthen job quality across the out-of-school time (OST) field. This workshop will introduce participants to the NAA Job Quality Standards and its accompanying assessment tool, while creating space for dialogue around how these standards can be meaningfully applied across Pennsylvania. We will explore how organizations can use this framework to strengthen internal practices, improve staff experience, and build a stronger case for the investments needed to sustain a high-quality workforce. As the NAA Affiliate organization in PA, we hope to launch two statewide initiatives around the NAA Job Quality Standards later this year:
