Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation Invites Applications for Orthopedic Health Disparities Research
The Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation, in partnership with the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society, welcomes proposals for the Orthopedic Health Disparities Research Grant.
Through the program, a single grant of up to $20,000 will be awarded in support of research dedicated to disparities within orthopedic practice, including but not limited to strategies to reduce racial/ethnic inequities in orthopedic treatment; disproportionate outcomes/access to care for minority orthopedic patients; and diversity in orthopedic surgical training. New, early stage, and established investigators are eligible to apply.
To be eligible, applicants must be an orthopedic surgeon licensed to practice and working at an institution in the United States or Canada, and the PI or co-PI must be active member of the J. Robert Gladden Society.
See the Orthopedic Research and Education Foundation website for complete program guidelines and application instructions.
