Operations Coordinator, Congreso de Latinos Unidos

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing fact paced project management support to the Chief Operations Officer. The position is responsible for driving results and timely implementation of projects as well as daily, monthly and yearly tasks within Congreso’s Operations Department which consists of Facilities Management and Information & Technology.
Essential Functions
- Follow up with the Director of Property Management with scheduling contractors
- Follow up with invoices for contractors and vendors
- Support Director of Property Management with deployment of vendors to respond to tickets.
- Assist in incident investigations
- Track Congreso and Congreso entity leases
- Support the Director of IT and Property Management with special project implementation.
- Support agency leadership with streamlining processes related to IT and Facilities
- Ability to provide support to clients and employees that reflects PCM™ service delivery approaches that are Client-Centered, Data-Informed, and Culturally-Appreciative.
- Attends and participates in continuing education related to PCM™, which include active participation in quality circles and the maintenance of work according to the data established requirements
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Management/Administration:
- Oversee and carryout contracts within departments/programs, ensures contract compliance as well as quality of programs and services within the program.
- Carryout out policies and procedures with the support of Chief Operations Officer as they pertain to operational/funder programmatic standards.
- Make recommendations on department enhancements to supervisor and management.
- Carry out major assignments as it relates to the operations of the department.
- Provide consultation and expert advice to management.
